Office Hours setup

  1. While logged into your account, click on the “Office Hours Config” menu dropdown from “Startup Office Hours” menu
  2. In the admin panel, click the button on the far right “Authorise”

  3. A new window from Google will open where you need to confirm the settings for Google. Click “Allow”
  4. Now you need to add your calendar to the panel

  5. Your calendar should now show up in the list

  6. To add your availability, go to your Google calendar, and add an entry. Use ONLY the title “Office Hours”. Set them for 30min slots

  7. Now you will show up on the “Startup Office Hours” calendar, where you can be booked. You will receive an email notification when someone books you.
