Digital innovation: acquire, build, invest?

Join us on November 10, 8:00am, for a session where audience and panel interact through buzz groups and share experiences in acquiring, building, and investing in digital innovation.

Our world class panel is comprised of successful entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, venture capital investors, and M&A professionals. Learn from their hits and misses, and ask your questions on topics such as:

  • Time, costs, and risks involved in acquiring a digital innovator
  • The emotional impact of an acquisition or exit for entrepreneurs
  • Lessons learned, what could have been done differently, and the surprises
  • Negotiation experience, working with advisors, and dealing with the stakeholders

Get to know StackPath, the American digital start-up that raised 180 Million in its seed round last year and already acquired 5 companies to build its digital innovation. Hear from entrepreneurs that have created amazing technologies and later joined large corporates such as American Internet giant Snap and Swiss insurance Baloise. Understand how venture capitalists, from corporates to angels, obtain returns from their start-up investments, and what M&A advisors do to help these deals happen.

If you are an entrepreneur, corporate acquirer, investor, or deal maker interested in digitalisation and tech innovation, don’t miss this event.
